*Shipping time frames are calculated from when the parcel has finished processing and the order has been dispatched.*

All orders are processed once payment has been made. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Express / Standard shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas, please allow additional time for delivery.

- Both options include tracking. Australia Post is used for all orders.
- Please note: Once we dispatch your order, KOOTS Lashes will not be able to offer assistance should your order go missing / stolen after it has been CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED by Australia Post. For this reason, to minimise the potential risk, we do not recommend the option to ‘Leave it in a Safe Place’ through your tracking link.


(KOOTS will take no responsibility for missing parcels if this option has been selected. We do not recommend this shipping option. We make this available to customers due to more affordable rates. Selecting this shipping option means you are accepting the above & understand that KOOTS will not be liable).

I N C O R R E C T   S H I P P I N G   I N F O:

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to KOOTS due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the shipping company, after they leave our warehouse.


T R A C K I N G   Y O U R   O R D E R:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
