Shipping Policy

Shipping timeframes apply from dispatch, not order placement. All orders are processed upon payment and dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

Australia

Standard: 5–7 business days | $10
Express: 1–3 business days | $12
Both include tracking via Australia Post.

Please note: Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post, KOOTS Lashes is not responsible for loss or theft. We recommend avoiding “leave in a safe place” delivery options.

International

Standard: 6–27 business days | $15 (tracked)

If your country is not listed, please contact hello@koots.com.au and admin@koots.com.au to confirm availability. Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

KOOTS Lashes is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details. If an order is returned to sender, re-delivery costs will apply.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate (longer over weekends).
